So I just caught Mewtwo in pokemon Y, and it has perfect IVs in Speed, Attack and Special attack.
Is it supposed to have three perfect IVs or was I just insanely lucky?

It only took someone ~6 hours to get 5 perfect IVs on the cover legendary.

It has set IVs I'm pretty sure since my Mewtwo also has perfect IVs in those stats. Pretty cool of Game Freak, but I would've preferred they got rid of IVs entirely.

There's a change where anything in the no egg group is guarenteed at least three perfect IVs in the wild to make up for the fact that you can't IV breed
