That being said, flying press doesn't hit anything for more than 4x damage. It only makes it so that more things take 4x damage from the move (shiftry and cacturne now have 4x weaknesses where they didn't before). The only time a move would go above 4x damage was if both types of the defending pokemon had a common weakness to one type as well as at least one of the types having weakness to both types of the attacking move (a rock/electric attack would do 6x damage on a charizard because 4x rock and 2x electric)
