I love Snowbelle most, music and all. Snowpoint was my favorite in D/P/Pt as well. Might just be the fact that I like snowy/cozy places. I've never even been in snow due to living in Florida all my life. Feels bad man.

Dendemille Town, Shalour City, and Anistar City all have god tier music and great scenery to accompany it. Nearly all of Kalos' towns accomplish this to some degree, but these three do it the best.

I haven't done any boutique stuff yet (about to face the e4) so I can't say much about that, but yeah I can see the appeal. For me, the atmosphere award goes to Laverre.

Snowbell makes no sense. It's completely surrounded by green land but the town is in the one snowy patch.

It should have been swapped with the psychic gym city.

I actually really liked Geosenge's quiet atmosphere and almost Scotland-esque quiet. It was nice and far away from the hustle and hustle of all the rest of the Kalos region, and I loved the music for it., Too bad it was built on top of a nuke...

That's the fun part. As long as you don't have to go in the snow yourself. It's nice as a kid because school closes and stuff but as an adult it kinda blows. Fuck shoveling out cars.
