Let's talk about this sexy fucker

So I want to use this guy on my team
252 att, 252 speed, 4 hp adamant nature

Now my problem comes with the move set
He's gonna have
Earthquake
Stone Edge
U-turn
and ???

I could put acrobatics there for a high power STAB without the miss chance, but then I'd have to give him a flying gem or nothing at all.
Now the problem is that even with 110 base speed I'm terrified of others going first, especially scarfers.
I could get rid of acrobatics and put on shadow claw for more coverage or endeavor as a final 'fuck you' after defeatest activates or if I see that he's gonna get sent down past 1/2.
I could then put on a choice band/scarf but I'd lose out on acrobatics and its ridiculous power in his hands.

Any advice?
