It's such a shame it doesn't get Moon Blast's delicious 30% chance to lower SpAttack.

How is the Calm Mind set, by the way. I can't help but feel that it's still setup bait, especially without Reflect/way to boost defense (which while decent, isn't great for the hard hitting meta without recovery).

I'm running dual screens to support other mons that need a turn of setup to maximize use.

Mimics actually often have a secondary design for when they reveal themselves. Voltorb doesn't even have it.

But even without considering this aspect, even if we take a mimic that doesn't change anything but the eyes.

Yup, it works endlessly, and at the end of the battle, you've still got a berry. Basically just starved out a couple of the Elite 4 using that.

I guess in my mind, the number of features don't matter, only that it appears to be some inanimate or interesting 'human' object and BAM surprises you as a monster. Like the piano in Mario 64, it's just a piano with a mouth under the hood, but I still think it's a mimic. Foongus fits that too and I agree that it is a mimic.
