How the fuck do I find the stone for that motherfucker?

I have tried to go to the cave of emptiness 8-9 pm and after 9 pm, what the fuck do I need to do ? It's getting really fucking annoying, been trying to get that shit since yesterday....

Fight your rival the top top of the endgame town with the battle mansion

You can now find endgame mega stones
