If you look for a fake Pokemon, it'll just tell you there's no results which is the same as any other Pokemon not available (Porygon, Mew, etc)
But if you deposit and ask for those 3 Pokemon, others can see it.
If you search for Goomy for example, some people are asking for Hoopa/Diancie/Volcanion
The (Japanese) names were also part of a trademark list but none of the gen6s ended up with those names.
