Help me build a quasi-competitive team, /vp/.

I'm not looking for VERY BEST LIKE NO ONE EVER WAS, but I'd like to hold my own/smash some pubbie scum on wifi.

Pokemon I am interested in :

- Sharpedo
- Electivire
- Mamoswine
- Doubledge (maybe with Eviolite)
- Mega Manectric
- Mega Alakazam
- Mega Houndoom
- Mega Medicham
- Sheer Force Nidoking
- Technician Breloom

I'd like to cobble something together out of those (obviously only gonna use one Mega). I know it's unlikely that I could make a good team out of all of the above and take all 6 from there, but if possible, I'd like to. If not, I'd like to use 4 from above and I'd be happy to hear two of your suggestions that aren't "Scizor" or a legendary/dragon.
