I bred a Protean Froakie yesterday with very good IVs, HP, SAtk and speed maxed out, the other ones were like 25+ and today I hatched a Beldum with 31/31/31/31/29/31 (speed last stat). Destiny Knot makes breeding fucking easy, in general GameFreak made the gap between breeding and RNG abusing incredibly tiny this gen. In the future I will go for breeding on Y in case of Gen VI mon and RNG abuse for anything before Gen VI (Beldum was an exception, can't wait 2 months to rape battle maision).

After that, just start breeding Evees with a Ditto of the right nature, have the ditto equip the everstone - Calm if you want more tanky, modest if you want more attacky.
Then just equip the everstone to your evee of the right nature and breed it with other high IV evees that has the destiny knot equipped.
It is a long process, but once you understand it, it becomes simple.
