The only thing is, with its current movepool and the Mega Stone barring use of Leftovers, it has no reliable recovery, which is a pretty piss-poor quality in a wall. Combined with its vulnerability on the special side, I don't know how useful that ridiculous defense will be after all, even with Filter. Just look at Shuckle.

A held item in itself shouldn't be classed as uber, and banning the items completely in lower tiers wouldn't be justifiable, at least not yet. It's like telling everyone there are new things for you to enjoy, but its not allowed.

That's why I also had T-Wave, Swagger, and Dig suggested for the last spot.
Attract isn't for winning battles, its for annoying the opponent. It is a gimmick move.

Also most Pokemon who get oblivious get better abilities.

Hydro Pump has worse accuracy, and ultimately lower damage. That damage nerf really hurt justifying Fire Blast/Hydro Pump/Thunder over their more reliable brethren.
There's no reason to use it over Water Pulse.

110 x .80 = 88 power damage output

90 x 1.00 = 90 power damage output

Before there was a much bigger gap in favor of Hydro Pump. Not anymore.

With your moveset, we have Fighting (Steel, Rock, Ice, Normal, Dark) Steel (Ice, Rock, Fairy) and Psychic (Fighting, Poison).
Physical can run Close Combat (Steel, Rock, Ice, Normal, Dark) and Earthquake (Fire, Electric, Steel, Poison, Rock) and it already has more coverage than special, with to slots free for whatever you need.

You can only mega evolve ONCE a battle, and the pokemon STAYS mega evolved. Otherwise you could run multiple megas on a team at once, and 'opportunity cost' would never be a thing with megas.

You're retarded. Bounce is in every way a straight upgrade from Fly, and you don't understand why the move is useful in the first place.

The paralysis chance is literally the only reason Bounce is useful. It partially nullifies the main drawback of all other two-turn moves by saying "hey, sure, switch in a resistant Pokemon, but if you get paralyzed then you're fucked anyway". Whereas Fly allows a free switch-in to any Flying resist and hands your opponent the advantage, Bounce still threatens to wreck their switch-in even if it doesn't do any damage.

If you're using Fly, Dig, or any other similar move ASIDE from Bounce, then you're a fucking scrub. Sorry to be the one to tell you.

Oh no, it's worse than that. It's immune to Psychic and Electric as well. It only receives neutral damage from Water, Ice, Flying and Fairy, and two times the damage from Rock.
It also resists Grass and Bug 4 times, giving them an effective modifier of *0.05125. All other types are resisted once.

Mega Tyranitar still has less overall bulk than an Assault Vest Tar and can't do damage like an offensive LOTar.

It's a middle ground between the two that isn't quite as good as either and won't see a huge amount of use.
