I'm trying to LVL up my O Powers.
But one thing I'm not too sure on is how they LVL up.
Do I have to use the highest LVL power to LVL it up further? Does it LVL up faster if I use the highest LVL or does it just matter on how much I use it? Like could I power it up quicker if I used more LVL 1 than a few LVL 4?

I just love that extra money boost
