It hits a LITTLE bit harder than a Fire Blast from a Charizard, but Exploud has a shitty 68 base speed. I can see it going RU if RU's power level stays the same as it is now, and then dropping down to NU later where it would actually see use.

It was just a comparison to give an idea of how strong it is. It's decently strong, but it's not like Exploud is suddenly good. It's just good enough to maybe use if you really want to even though it will only be able to do one thing well.

Of course that could be said of any basically any special attacker if you're just assuming you'll get the pass off successfully.

And then there's still problems like having a 93.75% chance to get OHKO'd by Iron Fist Life Orb Conkeldurr's Mach Punch. 100% after any hazards, any prior damage, or Guts boosted.
