Sup /vp/. I just caught an impish Mewtwo with perfect IVs in HP, Special Attack, and Speed. I kinda wanted to reset for adamant or modest, but with these IVs I thought impish might be good enough to keep. So my question is: Is this normal? Do the mewtwos you catch in this gen come with 3 IVs? Maybe 2? What would you do in this situation?
