That was the set I ran her with as a dedicated UU lead. Most of the time you could cripple their lead with taunt + db, since she was only outsped by Crobat, and he was weak to Ice Beam. Even if you didn't get a successful Destiny Bond, you'd at least get some spikes out.
She was banned out to BL though, so you can only use her in OU. She's okay there, but not fast enough to have nearly the same impact.

Battle Institute in lumiose puts you up against 5 trainers in a row with increasingly difficult teams and I'm pretty sure it counterbuilds you. I think a flawless clear will net you 15 BPs but my best so far is making it through round five and only losing one.
