Even though most legendaries aren't overpowered in reference to regular pokemon, it's unrealistic that an "actual" trainer would ever have them. So it's an immersion breaker to some people.

To the other people who get irritated, it's because people usually pick them because "HURR DURR LEGENDARY SO KOOL" and want to be edgy special snowflake faggots.

Other people don't care, personally? I don't use them. For both reasons.
