I was mostly referring to the +10 Defense Roserade got this gen, but that works too if you don't much care for Natural Cure.

Physical durability was even the one area Lilligant had a statistical lead over Roserade.

It's also the only Grass type/non-Bug type to get Quiver Dance, despite Bellossom (and even Ludicolo) before it calling dibs on the theme of dancing Grass, while still retaining 90 base Speed and 110 base SpA, which is pretty much on par if not above the curve for Grass types (and Roserade has less bulk than Lilligant, despite the defense buff this gen). It even gets its own Grass type Outrage to safely spam under Own Tempo.

It can safely set up one of the best boosting moves in the game and has decent enough coverage ingame to justify use (herp Dream Eater sucks; Sleep Clause doesn't exist in game nor in any of the wifi/official tourney rules except on simulators).

Truly, your waifu has it the worst of all mons, and was singled out to remain terrible because it didn't get the buff you wanted.

Healing wish could be useful, dream eater is not as bad as people think, aromatherapy could give some utility.

The problem is that what you described is literally all she can do well. That's it. Quiver Dance and Petal Dance spam. Sure it's good enough if the RNG is kind enough to let you land a Sleep Powder and have your foe take long enough to wake up so you can set up Quiver Dances, but there's nothing else she CAN do. If that doesn't work then you can kiss her bye-bye because she's going to get destroyed in the next turn due to her poor defenses. She has absolutely no flexibility and is utterly predictable and easy to counter as a result. Most Pokemon at least have different moves and builds to try out, but she's stuck with one of the worst types in the game competitively and can only use moves FROM that type.
Try taking Lilligant online once in a while. You'd be surprised at just how hard of a time she can have.
