What happens if you use a Reset Bag on a Pokemon lv 100, then add the EVs again, only this time do it differently?

Do the stats of the Pokemon change?

Err... yes?

Removing EVs drops their stats.
Once you reallocate them the stats go up in a way that reflects the new distribution.

Just like when you used to remove stats or add them through berrys, you have to place it in the PC box before the stats update at level 100.
