Well, following my previous thread's posts, the team I posted has the obvious downside of being very physicall geared, but it's mostly because the pool given was 90% physical based.
So you could probably take out one of the physical mons and replace it with a decent special sweeper of your choice.

Also Varia I want to see your glorious Furfrou in action again, battle me anybody?

Actually, Mega Mawile is probably too slow with not enough balk to be too viable. So either Mega Scizor, Mega Charizard X, or Mega Venusaur. Which one will probably be the most competitively viable?

Mega Mawile gets Sucker Punch, has pretty damn decent bulk and an Intimidate on the switch in.

They all have a shot at competitive viability [Scizor's kinda ass imo though] but perform different roles.

Could Delphox run a kind-of anti-special sweeper set? I was thinking Calm, 252 Sp.Def/Some other EVs and having Mystical Fire/Light Screen/Flamethrower or Fireblast/Psychic or Psyshock.
How viable is that?

You should capitalize on her best stats while keeping that theme.

Delphox@no item [soon to be fire gem if I get one]
252 Sp.Atk 252 Speed 4 HP [could be 252 HP instead of Sp.Atk if you want to be bulky]

Will-o-Wisp [must, it's very efficent with these powerful-yet-slow physical mons running around like Mawile, Tyranitar, and various megas]
Mystical Fire [sp.atk reducer]
Grass Knot
Psyshock

Maybe try running mine with 252 HP and Light Screen over Grass Knot?
Timid though.

It's not really an upgrade, the lack of item actually makes him WEAKER than Choice Band Scizor.
It's the same mon with more bulk and the freedom of moves.

I.E it's only really valid for Swords Dance sets, and you just end up dying to a faster fire Pokemon.

It's a very minor upgrade, if any, it's much more recommended to save your mega for another mon.

Charizard has the niche of being a fire/dragon, which is a very advantageous offensive typing.
I personally run DDance/Outrage/Flare Blitz/Brick Break.
Shit hits hard and fast after a Dance, which you can easily get off by forcing a switch.

Mega-Venu is for gimmicky annoying tank sets, with some combination of sleep/toxic/leech seed/protect/whatever.

Mawile is pretty great in my opinion, I've been having decent success with her.

That said, Delphox with those stats could be a good wall in general, expecially with Wish and Will-O-Wisp. The problem is, Ice is a better defensive typing than Fire/Psychic. I can see something in the lines of Protect, Wish, WoW and Flamethrower could be good in really low tiers if Delphox ends up being lower than UU, but I would rather use, I don't know, Eviolite Tentacool instead? There are much more better specially defensive Pokémon, and it's kinda silly to use something else when another mon can do it better. And something with 120 Sp. Attack and 104 Defense is kinda rare in lower tiers, even in UU, so better not to waste it.

Glaceon is such a gimmicky Pokemon, it's really hard to say.
The first set is definitely mediocre though, setting up Hail is such a waste of time.

Second set, well, if you're playing with Double Team allowed then might as well make it Toxic/Wish/Double Team/Ice Beam.

Indeed it does get Frost Breath. I think I'll switch out the first one's Hail/Blizzard with Ice Beam & Mirror Coat. The idea was to use both Glaceons in Double battles more than anything else.

personally I think it looks stronger with skarmory but thats just me, if youre confident and cautious with the mence it would probably be ok

Mawhile and Gardevor are pretty popular right now. I'm surprised I've not heard about Togeflinch yet as well. Most fairies suck but the ones that are good pack a mean sucker punch. At the very least fire type moves became more useful.

It's way too general, you should give us a direction.
As a general guide-line, you want something that can tank dark/ghost, so preferable a dark type.
And find yourself a physical and special sem-tanks for the last two slots.
[Unless your dark type fills in that niche, in which case just find a set up sweeper {dragon with dragon dance probably}] for the last one]

That's not how it works...sweepers take damage, always. The idea is that they usually can't tank beyond one neutral hit, but the little hp/sp.def/def could make the difference between a ko and not.
Since it's so easy to breed 4-5, why not go for it?
It's not a huge deal for these specific mons, but it's a shame.

So it could go like this:

dittos are your best friend, I've found the best way to do mine is to "add" IVs onto pokemon, basically 2 at a time with dittos from the friend safari.
So let's say I get an eevee with no perfect IVs and a ditto with HP and speed, destiny knot untill I get an eevee with those 2, then change to a different ditto with let's say Special attack and defense, and breed untill I get an eevee with 4. after that I'll get a ditto with special defense and one I already have (assuming I'm not going for attack) after that I just pair together eevees with different sets, like maybe I get a male eevee with HP, special attack, and special defense, and a female eevee with HP, defense, special defense, and speed. at that point, it's a lot easier to get the 5 IVs you want

It's easier if you go 3IV parent + 2 IV ditto->4 IV parent + 3 IV parent (in alternating stats)-> 2x 4IV parents. of course if you get a 5 IV you stop at any point during this chain

So, the destiny knot, I know you get from random IV's from the mon holding it but does the last one come from the other parent?
Like if I had something that had perfect iv's(holding destiny knot) for everything but HP with something that did have perfect HP IV, would they make a baby with all perfect IV's relatively quick.

You get 5 IVs from either parent, not necessarily the one holding it, and one random

You could get all 5 from the one holding it, 3 from one and two from the other, or even all five from the one that isn't holding it

Unfortunately I'm fresh out of females, so you'll have to monkey around with a Ditto for a while to eventually hatch out a super sized one.

It'll have good IV's though; even accounting for that your breeding time will still be cut by about 2/3.
