Trying to breed a Klefki, but I'm having trouble getting the IVs just right. Everything is perfect except for SpA.
So that raises the question, Draining Kiss or Foul Play?

This is what I'm going for:
Bold nature
-Thunder Wave
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-???

I'll probably have him hold Leftovers, but do I use Draining Kiss for extra recovery, or Foul Play to rely on their Attack instead?
