There's no other special Normal move that surpasses Moonblast. Shy is pixilate so useless? There must be something, it's a fucking STAB type change to a great offensive type, how can there be nothing to use it on?

Pixilate is wasted on it, basically. The same applies to Refrigerate when Arourus gets Ice Beam.
