The best location for each EV is pretty much:

God you're useless. You wonder why they're not right? It's because of people like you who complain then don't fix it.
It's like you saw a sink in your house with one pipe missing with the right parts and equipment to fix it next to it and you said
"Wow, thanks builders" instead of fixing it yourself.

You will not get 100 EVs if a pokemon gives you 2 EVs.

You get 2, plus 4 for the EV item, (that's 6) multiply by 2 for pokérus, (12), then multiply by 5 for each pokemon (60)
