There's one in Terminus Cave and you can get one by doing Ageislash's super training. But really delete this thread, and next time ask in the XY questions one.

Do those until you unlock the sixth Secret training, the one against an Aegislash.
You have a chance of getting a Dusk Stone from doing that. "
