Is this thing REALLY a Pseudo-Legendary? Are all Dragon's pseudo's? I mean you get him before the 7th gym, before you can catch Bergmite's as well.

Good Sp.Def, pretty good Sp.Atk with Atk just behind it. I don't expect it to do as well as other pseudos though. I'm gonna say UU but there might be one or two specific setups that can bring it to OU.

There's not much point trying to actually predict where things are going to land in the meta considering:
Pokebank isn't open yet, so no tutor moves on pre gen 6 pokes
We still know pretty much jack shit on egg moves for new pokes, and if old ones get anything new
And nobody is completely sure how mega evolutions are going to effect the meta.
