Fairy is OP.

Only two weaknesses.
One of those types is garbage and crippled, with shit moves.
The other just got nerfed hard in addition to have 3 common (and powerful) weaknesses. Also, their attacks suck and have poor distribution.

Fairy effectively has no weaknesses and the only reason they haven't destroyed the metagame is because their members are bad. The moment we get base 500+ members with good stat spreads is the moment a new type will need to be created to check them.

Poison would have to get an insanely huge overhaul to be worth using as a Fary counter. GF picked both of these types for a very good reason: They knew it'd make Fairies hard to deal with.

People say Water is OP for having 2 weaknesses and 3 SEs, this is way worse.

The typing itself is absolutely amazing.

Defensively one of the best typings ever, and offensively is one of the best checks to some of the most common threats.

What makes Fairys a joke, is the members of the family. Everything is like 400 BSTS, they're effectively giving a broken type to Pokemon that can't utilize it very well. Some exceptions may be, but are not limited to, Togekiss, Azumarill, Klefki, and Whimsicott.

As soon as there are standard fairys that aren't shit and actually have BSTS of 500, that's when the metagame will really get shaken up.

Did you not read what I said at all? Fairys will be extremely rare in this metagame.

IF and WHEN fairys do become a threat, POISON types will be the ones to indirectly be buffed.
