/vp/, is there ANY way to copy my saved game from my 3DS and back it up elsewhere so I can start a new game?

I want to be able to start a new game, but be able to switch back to the old one if I want to

Nope. Game Freak implemented some system shit that allow allows one active save file to be used at any time. I think it's bullshit since it's pretty much been the most requested feature to have multiple saves since the beginning and they're still locking you to a save a version. Gotta get that dosh I guess.

The 3DS had some save authorization for ACNL. I suspect the same for X&Y so I'd advice caution on doing something like this.
