Okay. So how should I build this pussy destroyer?

I'm thinking:

Naughty Nature
252 Sp.A 252 Spe 4 Def
@Mewtwonite X

Earthquake
Poison Jab/Psycho Cut
Brick Break
Shadow Ball/Psychic/Flamethrower

Is it viable to run Mewtwo as a 'surprise' Mixed sweeper this way? Would it be better to invest in Attack rather than Special?
