Even without the +1 speed, Breloom has a respectable base 70, but Megaken has 95. An unboosted Mach Punch won't do much to Blaziken either, even with Technician.
You shouldn't have it out against Blaziken, but if it's really necessary then you should sub and hope to god that Mega Blaziken protects. Then you can set up/mach punch all day.
