I'm at Victory Road and am about to finalise my party.
But I can't choose between Mawile (no Mawilite) and Spritzee (w/ Eviolite)
They're both level 54 and who the fuck cares about natures in-game

I had a Mawile with me, but it didn't end up helping much. Everything was too fast and had too good a movepool for it to do much.

Mawile without the mega evo is pretty useless.

And why not Aromatisse? Even with Eviolite, Spritzee won't be doing much walling.

I'm not too worried about usefulness; I'll probably not end up needing to use them anyway

As for not evolving it, it's because I fucking despise Aromatisse. Like, least-favourite-pokemon-ever despise.
A couple weeks before release, I realised that a plague doctor was pretty unlikely, even if the design seemed inspired by it - it's just such an obscure thing for a western dev to draw from.
But I also realised that, over time, I'd grown to appreciate Spritzee for what it was: a cute little pink bird with a white mask-like beak. And I thought that, regardless of what the evolution was, I'd still be able to appreciate it.

But then it went and turned into a Furby prostitute.

But yeah, I think I'll go Mawile, since I wanna use its Mega in postgame.

And the low level is because I swapped pokes in and out of my team as the game progressed. With EXP poring out of the game's orifices, it seemed like a fun way to mix things up.

And not deleting because discussion is now happening.
