Is it possible to breed a Conkeldurr with Drain Punch and Mach Punch in X/Y?

Looks like the only parent that can learn both moves and pass them on is Hitmonchan, and he only learns Drain Punch from a TM in Gen. IV or from a tutor in BW2. Has this changed in X/Y?

Mienfoo/Mienshao learns drain punch by level up, but I don't know if Hitmonchan/lee/top show up in friend safaris/

But is there any way to teach it Drain Punch?

Mienfoo/Mienshao learn Drain Punch but not Mach Punch, unfortunately.

This is all dependant on whether or not females passing egg moves is true. If not, then it's going to have to wait until december.

Though all that aside, for the set I want I'd need to breed in gen V anyways since Ice Punch is an egg move and I want to tun Mach Punch/Drain Punch/Facade/Ice Punch with Guts and Burn Orb

I currently have a timburr with drain and mach punch, this is how I did it.

Breed a female conkeldurr with a hitmonchan with mach punch until you get a female.

Then breed the female timbur with mach punch with a male Mienshao with drain punch.

You'l get a timburr with drain and mach punch
