Yeah. I mean, his ability is dope af but he's so easily wittled down and has no recover. Rock Head doesn't help, and it's not as strong. I could only use Iron Head/Twave to little success. Way to easy to play around. Still, his defense is amazing.

If you're going to run sub, then I would also run disable because Shadow Tag ups the rage meter. I think running a mono set is best, utilizing either Perish Song/Destiny Bond, Sub, Disable and Either Shadow Ball/Sludge Wave. I think GF wanted us to abuse his support options with Shadow Tag. Works really well for me so far.

That's why I use mine for after I've taken a nice chunk out of a lot of my enemy's team. Send him out, chances are his hits are at least neutral all around, and just sweep one by one.

There's a lot of ways around him. I don't think he'd be placed in Ubers. Sucker Punch and Shadow Sneak are good ways to just wipe him off the field.
