so i have this aerodactyl with an adamant nature and perfect speed iv. but its other ivs arent worth mentioning. should i bother training it?

If it has less than 5 perfect IVs and isn't a Shedinja or some gimmick set that uses fixed damage moves, into the trash it goes.
