More like generalist, autistic people and specialist on the whole only thrive because generalist reduced alot of the "common" dangers that would fuck over the specialist because they can't cover for it. And by doing this it allows the specialist to shine because they can spend all their time perfecting a certain skil for a particular situation rather than balancing themselves for everything.

Kinda like how it would be nice to have a Weavile to take out a Dragonite but it would be horrible idea to have a whole team of ice pokemon to take on a team of dragon pokemon. Same goes for having a team of ghost pokemon against a team of normal pokemon.
