The Ditto is for making the RNG more tolerable

You're supposed to get a friend safari ditto because those always have at least 2 maxed IVs

You check with the guy in Kiloude, he'll say a few stats and "can't be beat" after them. So if he says it's best potential is in it's speed and attack stats and "can't be beat" after those then you have max IVs in speed and attack.

I have a dilemma. I have this beauty, and it's finally level 99. I REALLY don't wanna evolve it, but I looked at its evolved stats and I actually don't know if it's worth it or not. Serious increase in Sp. Atk and pretty decent Speed. Should I evolve it?

Before you ask, the moveset is temp atm and I'm only keeping Psychic for sure.

It took a while, but hanging around in the WFG thread on /vp/ helped a ton. I still have my doubts about a couple of pokemon, a couple of legendaries which seem a little on the iffy side, but I guess Pokebank will be the final test on those ones. Though, I will say I did start the living dex back in Soul Silver and sent everything up each time a new game came out.

Hmm... Yeah, I'd personally keep Braixen. Use Pokemon you like, not necessarily the ones who are the best. Braixen is decent enough to use over Delphox for fun anyway. Besides, now you can have her hold Eviolite without having to press B because she's leveled up.

Because no, the odds won't reset. It isn't like chaining, so hatching 3000 eggs of 4 different Pokemo has the same overall probability, and the same 1/xxxx ratio.

When you can get a male Pokemon with 3-4 IVS and then a female woth different 3- 4 IVS and just breed them to increse chances

That's not how the odds for finding a shiny are. You could have 65 boxes filled with hatched mon from MM'ing, and have the same chances as if you only hatched one box.
