Chances are, unless he got hit by rock tomb or some shit, dragonite is gonna be below half hp after that.
Sure he's fast enough to outspeed nearly any dude that's unscarfed and strong enough to basically OHKO a snorlax, BUT
multiscale is broken and he's below half hp
A decently powered priority move will end him.
And he can't stop or switch out, because he'll lose everything if he does.
Talonflame, sucker punch users, scizor, metagross those sorts of things will end him.
But if you don't have anything like that, yeah, you're fucked.
But remember: Dragonite will either have that or a lum berry. That means if you use a super effective move you might be fucked, but the same might be true if you use a status move.
