This would imply that he also managed to kill Kyurem, Zekrom, Reshiram, Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, Xerneas (the eternal life Pokemon), Yveltal (the Pokemon that when it dies just goes back into a freaking cocoon)

Not to mention, even if Arceus was killed, I'm sure Giratina would notice and come back to the world and then take his place

Also, all the ghost types kind of already ARE dead

Why would it? Logically we could say that god has had little intervention in the universe, based on the fact we can work out how the majority of things work through cause and effect.

If god is real, and he stopped existing suddenly, theoretically we'd still keep going via cause and effect, we just wouldn't have any true miracles. Which we seem to have lived without so far for the most part.

That is, unless gods power is continuous and is what is constantly powering the fundamental laws of the universe, rather than he merely created it and pops in from time to time. Then we're fucked.

From what we know, the ultimate weapon either kills everything on Earth, or merely everything not sheltered in something like the ultimate weapon bunker.
In the first case, no one survives, and in the latter, only Team Flare and their pokemon do.
In either one, it can't be an universe with only humans as survivors.
