>>15184515>well what people dont realize is what if i am ok with 30 IV on my poke30 instead of 31 means you get outsped 100% of the time. There's no budging about it at all. If your choice scarf Jolly 252 salamence and your opponent's choice scarf Jolly 252 Salamence are fighting, and theirs has 31 IVs while yours has 30, you will lose 100% of the time.
You can see your physical HP at level 100/50 by just looking at it. IVs don't play enough of a role in making that stat odd, even, divisible by four, or indivisible by 16 when you have so much leeway in EVs for it.
Everything else is too miniscule of a return to care about knowing exactly. You already know Garchomp's base attack is "fuckhuge". Looking at it and seeing "fuckhuge" as 518 instead of 531 isn't going to OHKO that infernape with Earthquake 5 times over any faster with those missing points.
Why do you care so much about IVs if you're not going to get them perfect? 30 isn't 31, you're still losing a stat point. What's the difference in losing 2, or 3? 5? 10?
