Get 2 parents with perfect IVs. Have one hold destiny knot, the other a power item.

You are then guaranteed all 6 IVs to be perfect. Just a random nature and the standard shiny chance.

I don't think you know how Destiny Knot works.
You're guaranteed 5 perfect IVs that way, not 6.

Possible, but highly unlikely. In worst possible scenario it would be (1/31)^6*1/8192. Of course with destiny knot and MM it would be much easier, but still nearly impossible.

Power item and destiny knot works.

Power item guarantees that one stat to be taken and then destiny knot rolls on the remaining 5, and if both parents have perfects they will all end up perfect.

I think I'd rather have a perfect nature and i've not heard any confirmation that power item and the destiny knot actually works since most people are just presuming.

I used power item + destiny knot to get a perfect Salamance, so he could run fire blast as coverage.

1/25 chance for natures is better than 1/32 for hatching an egg and hoping for a natural perfect 31 IV.
