So I want to get started on breeding some nice-IV Pokémon. Any guides or infographics I should know about, keeping in mind I'm a total newbie to this? I'd also really appreciate it if anyone had any decent-IV pokes they'd be willing to trade away. I can't offer anything other than derps though, unfortunately.

Also, how do I accurately check the IVs of a Pokémon after hatching it without needing to level it up?
