I think I'd like a Cordyceps caterpillar evolve into a Bug/Ghost Moth that's actually useful and not a gimmick pokemon like Shedinja

Such a conflicting pokemon. To get stronger it must let the parasite fully take control, otherwise predators would easily take him out.

It really made me like Parasect. It's fucking interesting as a trainer. Who is your bro? Is it the Paras from before or the fungus that has now taken full control of him? Either way you're stuck with the latter.

So you have to learn to love the killer of your friend, if only out of respect for his mindless husk.

note that I can't draw for shit and even less with a track pad, but you get my drift. Cordyceps antennae and I guess a tail end to emphasize a ghostly appearance. Too lazy to draw tattered wings or a spooky wing pattern, or to draw them bigger

But would you guys use a Bug/Ghost with usable stats

First stage is just the parasite, when it evolves it will be different depending on whether there is a spider-like Pokemon, a caterpillar-like Pokemon, or a moth/butterfly-like Pokemon.
