>>15208800Sorry if it was a bit vague. Every Pokemon has a chance of passing down at least 3 IVs out of 12. These IVs correspond to what the parents have. The remaining 8 IVs are randomly generated unless they are modified with an item such as destiny knot.
Another thing to take note of is that even though Power items pass down a chosen IV it does not increase the amount of IVs passed down naturally. If you want to pass down more than 3 IVs you can use a Destiny Knot to increase the numbers of IVs passed down by 2 (5 in total)
>>15208905Difference between those two pictures are that, even though Nidoqueen are a Female specie, Nidoqueen itself cannot breed thus resulting in me changing the picture. Also because it shows that since the species are not alike, they can still produce eggs as long as they're within the same egg group.
