This guy is amazing in trick room. Almost on par with reuniclus because of that amazing coverage. The only problem is that he lacks good recovery moves but once you set up trick room it's very easy knocking out most opponents

It's tanky enough that it will most likely survive a non-super effective hit (71/88/89) but it's so slow that it's going second basically regardless.
Yeah, it does massive damage with pulses/auras
But unless you've got trick room you'll probably only get 1 hit (and quite likely kill) before he dies.

It basically gets STAB on all Pulse/Aura moves.

Water Pulse becomes Surf strength with a chance to confuse

It also gets Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse and Aura Sphere.

Mega blastoise can maybe do the job better.

More HP, more defenses, more speed, more Sp Attack.

You can breed Aura Sphere and Dragon Pulse on it from Clawitzer, it already gets Water Pulse and can learn Dark Pulse by TM

60+30=90
Then the stab
90+45=135

Its basically hydro pump with better hit rate.

water pulse, a 60 BP move, gets boosted by 50% thanks to mega launcher, then a further 1.5x due to STAB.

60 *0.5 = 30, +60 = 90

90 * 1.5 = 135

Water Pulse is nuts with clawitzer.

Water Pulse, since they have the same BP, but Pulse has a chance of inflicting confusion. I could you can run surf for double battles if you pair him with an absorber. Speaking of which, he also gets Heal Pulse, which is also an option for double battles.

A burned Pokémon Deals half damage with physical moves. This can be the differance between life and death for Clawitzer.

It also helps take out "Sturdy" opponents who cant be 1HKO.
