This. Why anyone even still suggests Le Wow is beyond me.

The Battle Chateau takes longer to get going, but once you hit the upper tiers it blows any and all restaurants out of the water. Only having to pay one per day instead of once per visit is huge in the long term.

Firstly, you don't only get a few trainers per day. They respawn consistently throughout the day, and eventually they respawn so fast that you will never run out of people to fight.

Buy the first Writ of Invitation to increase this, then fight everyone in the Chateau. It will mention if someone else has spawned. If nobody else does, come back later and repeat until you rank up enough to use a Silver Writ of Invitation.

Running the Elite 4 and Le Wow for money is ultimately MORE time consuming and expensive than sucking it up and grinding up the Battle Chateau.

It has absolutely NOTHING to do with real-world time, and everything to do with your Rank and what Writs you have active.

Writs of Challenge raise the levels of all trainers in the Chateau by 5-20 depending on color. (Base, Red, and Black).
The higher ranked the trainer, the higher the level their Pokemon (up to Marquis and Duke, which start off at 40-50 before writs).

If you ignore the Battle Chateau and never rank up, you will never see anything higher than level 20.
