He was running Megahorn, Scald, Surf, and some other move I cant remember. He never OHKO'd shit, and he got KOed in like 2 shots from literally everything.
My friend chose Tepig, and he had a similar problem.
They're stats are garbage.
Samurott is SO PAINFULLY AVERAGE.
