Box organization thread

In XY you can have a total of 31 boxes, 6 * 5 = 30 pokemon in each. You can store a total of 930 + 6 (battle box) pokemon.

How do you organize your stuff?
In B2W2 I had all sorts of boxes such as
>General
>Trash
>Synchronizers
>Useful (suction cups, sweet scent, false swiper, compoundeyes etc.)
>Some shiny boxes
>Some legendary boxes
>Many dex filler boxes
>Many breeding project boxes
>Egg Move Male boxes
>Hidden Ability Female boxes
>Many comp team boxes

So what's your plan? Anyone got a good idea? I like being organized.
