Most powers lasting 3 minutes and costing 2-4 minutes means it basically refills just as fast as I can use it.

I actually didn't find out about this until yesterday. I went to the park and took it with me and when I got home I noticed that I had a 4 instead of that 1 and charged superfast along with e streetpass with someone with Y. Its pretty neat but I don't take it out much.
