Sure, Exploud has Scrappy, but it's slower than a turtle in a pool of molasses and looks pretty shitty
92 Sp.Atk/ 91 Spe aren't anything to write home about, but 91 outspeeds a respectable number of mons and while Noivern has more Sp.Atk it doesn't get STAB.
Hopefully Boomburst can be bred onto more stuff, but for the time being, Chatot is looking to be the best at the moment
