Does someone want to help me out in exchange for a perfect IV male ralt? Here's the thing, I want to MM ralts with perfect parents But the ralts are US region ralts. I would like to trade with someone from a different region and I'll send you a perfect male modest ralts and a 5 IV female modest ralts. All you have to do, is breed until you get a ralts with 6 IVs or even 5 with the missing IV being in attack. and with the pokemon your breeding getting at least a 5 IV is guaranteed. So, how about it?
