I guess if you're in love with them or whatever you'd want to deal with it. Otherwise it's an unbelievable emotional drain. I agree with the anon above, there are 2D girl qualities that just don't work out in the real world. I assume there are some male ones as well.
The only real good side was how much she did love me and how willing she was to please. In the end it just wasn't worth it.
