I'm a confused idiot, /vp/.
I understand nothing about IV/EV, and even though I've downloaded guides, and looked it up several times with google-fu I'm still confused.
When hatching an egg, what IV/EV am I looking for? Most of my eggs hatch 11/4/4/4/5, etc, but today one hatched with 12/6/6/6/6/6 on the attack, hp and so forth.
Is this good? Can it go higher, and how do I get it so? I keep hearing '31', but none of my eggs have gone past 6.
I'd like to get into competitive, well, improve my teams base skills, but I'm so confused.
