Well, yes, I took 3 days with 3 full boxes of heracross to breed 31 iv on 5 stats, Moxie, Rock Blast and Adamant.
Easy as fuck, just keep using best parents with complementing IVs

Female can pass egg moves too, so, he can use a side goomy to get the move and in the end just breed with his 5 iv one and get the breed more easily.
